College Teams With Top Video Game Producer

The producers of the Madden NFL interactive video games and the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science have created a partnership. Electronic Arts' primary interest in the School is hiring talented students to work at its rapidly growing Orlando Studio. “Many of EA Tiburon’s employees are graduates of UCF and we expect to hire many more UCF alums as we expand the size of our workforce,” said Steve Chiang, EA Tiburon’s Vice President and Studio General Manager.  “This partnership ensures that our studio will continue to offer opportunities to the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science’s best and brightest, while the school and its students will be able to benefit from invaluable real-world experience through internships.”

EA will reserve a minimum of two positions in its highly sought after internship program for the school and the school will provide exposure through conferences and events.

The Orlando Studio, EA Tiburon, houses-state-of-the-art video and photography facilities, audio rooms and some of the top talent in the multi billion dollar business.
